{"id":24,"date":"2011-10-23T16:59:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-23T16:59:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-03-16T17:52:21","modified_gmt":"2016-03-16T17:52:21","slug":"festival-of-lights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amaragarwala.com\/blog\/festival-of-lights\/","title":{"rendered":"Festival of Lights"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Missing-Varrun\/156871291054733\">http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Missing-Varrun\/156871291054733<\/a><\/p>\n<p>They will be lit, lamps all&#8230;&nbsp;luminescent in their pious glow,<br \/>I will sit under starry skies&#8230; reminiscing of days long ago,<br \/>When the lights and endless laughter were a part of the day,<br \/>When life had a colour, a glow&#8230; like a rainbow at play,<br \/>Near ones, loved souls whose nearness was sheer joy,<br \/>Old rituals, customs and festivities not just a routine ploy,<br \/>Passed away&#8230; &nbsp;those moments and ones who are now of yore,<br \/>Shall never return again&#8230; my blissful past to make me smile like before,<br \/>Yet, I shall light the lamp, and seek the stars again on Deepawali night,<br \/>My homage to moments, feelings and loved ones whom I shall never sight.<\/p>\n<p>Wish everyone a most wondrous, joyous and a peaceful Diwali. &nbsp;It is not just  <a style=\"color: inherit !important;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.backlcheck.xyz\" title=\"back links\">a day<\/a>  to light lamps but to light up our lives. &nbsp;And the only way to do it, is to light up the lives of others&#8230;!
